 InTouch MVC's Reporting Suite gives you the powerful management tools needed to find the truly meaningful critical information you need at your finger tips to accurately monitorand manage your fleet.Exception reporting is the key within our reports suite.

We understand the last thing anyone needs is another useless report so we simply get straight to the point. You want to know what your vehicles didn’t do that they were supposed to, or did do that they were not supposed to all while having the supporting detailed information along with it when necessary.

Specify your threshold limits that include things like operating hours, speed, mileage, idle times, and maintenance – then easily identify these exceptions within the suite.

Trips Report

The Trip reports provides daily summary information for a specific vehicle. Report includes: ignition on-time, ignition off-time, arrival and departure of locations, idling time, and distance traveled.
Use this report to detect improper vehicle usage, problematic driving behaviors and actual working hours on any given day for a specific vehicle.

Detailed 'Readings' Report (A.K.A. Breadcrumb Trail View)

The Readings Report provides the minute-by-minute GPS location of any vehicle. Report includes: location of vehicle throughout the entire day, engine-on times, speed, and link to look at any reading location on the corresponding mapview.
Use this report to detect inefficient routing, pinpoint exact vehicle locations throughout the day and investigate questionable driving times or excessive speed history.

Idling Report

The Idling Report provides true idling times (when ignition is on and vehicle is not moving for 3 minutes or more) for every vehicle in your fleet. Report includes: idle start and stop times, location of idling, total idling time and alerts when idle times exceed threshold.
Use this report to minimize idle times, and reduce fuel usage.

Stop Report

The Stop Report details actual vehicle stop time. Report includes: stop location, stop duration, and time the stop started.

Excessive Speed Report

The Speeding Report allows you to instantly recognize when and where a vehicle has exceeded a specified speed threshold. Data includes: date, time and location of occurrence, along with exact speed traveled.
Use this report to detect problematic driving behavior, improve safety and reduce liability.

Geofence Report

This report provides information on how long your vehicles spend in a specified geofence (or virtual boundary). Data includes: identity of vehicle in geofence, arrival time, departure time and alerts when time spent in any geofence exceeds a specified threshold.

State Mileage Report

Our State Based Mileage Report lists information on the total mileage driven by state for each vehicle selected in the report. Data includes: total miles driven by state, and daily totals.
Use this report to aid in IFTA DOT compliance.

Costs Report

The Costs Report provides information on each vehicle's performance within a specified date range and compares the data against operating costs. Data includes: total mileage, cost per mile, cost per hour and total operating costs per day.
Use this report to determine ROI of every vehicle, identify inefficient drivers and vehicles, and improve overall efficiencies.

Summary Report

The Summary Report provides a complete overview of your fleet with totals by vehicle activity. Data includes: total idling time, total drive time, total distance traveled, total engine on-time, and number of speeding events.
Use this report to gain a clear picture of your overall fleet performance as determined by the activities of each vehicle.
